In circumstances where Computer Generated Drawings (CGD's) are ruled out due to time or cost constraints, or because they are unsuitable to the particular house, or development of houses involved, Sign Spec can provided the owner / Auctioneer with a hand sketched Artist's Impression. These sketches are drawn directly from plans provided. A selection of the very many sketches we have provided over the years are shown here. Each drawing costs in the region of €150 + Vat.
